+What days we train
We train three times a week. Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 7.00am and Sundays at 10.00am.

On Tuesday & Thursday mornings it is a 45 minute class and on Sunday’s it is a full 1 hour.

BootCamp classes are held on Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 7.00am at the Pirate Ship. A third session is on Sunday mornings at 10.00 in the Lux-city, next to the Pirate Ship:

+Holiday Timetable
During the typical school holiday periods as often as possible we will run In-Betweeny BootCamp sessions. These are for BootCamps that want to keep going.The In-Betweeney BootCamp sessions are not part of any of the monthly deal options. They are extra.

In-Betweeny BootCamps will only go ahead, if there is a minimum of 8-10 people that have confirmed their place by e-mail.

Prices are 15 € per class or x3 = 40€

+Prices and Payments

In a 4 week program you have the option of choosing how many times a week you would like to train.

Prices of a 4 week program

x1 per week (4 sessions) = 55 euro
x2 per week (8 sessions) = 105 euro
x3 per week (12 sessions) = 155 euro

*note if all 12 sessions are attended then a 10% discount is available on the next subscribed 4-week program*

What to expect in a HIITme BootCamp session

• A session for both men and women of all fitness levels
